Terms of Service
Last updated: September 24, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and CR Digital Services LLC, an Illinois limited liability company, which operates Meshie (“the Service,” and “we,” “us,” or “Meshie” below). By creating a workspace or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
What Meshie does
Meshie reads metadata and configuration from systems you connect (Salesforce, HubSpot, and others) to build a dependency map of your go-to-market stack, and lets you ask questions about it. The exact scope of what each connection reads is described on our Security page, which is part of these terms by reference.
Your account and workspace
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an account, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for anything that happens under your account. If you invite others to your workspace, you’re responsible for making sure they’re authorized to access the systems you connect.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement, and you must have the authority to connect the third-party systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, and so on) you connect to Meshie. Connecting a system you don’t have permission to access is a violation of these terms, independent of whatever that system’s own terms say.
Plans and billing
Meshie offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your workspace’s billing settings; cancelling stops future charges but doesn’t retroactively refund the current billing period unless we say otherwise in a specific case.
We can change plan pricing or features with notice. Continuing to use a paid plan after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to access systems or data you’re not authorized to access
- Attempt to bypass workspace or role-based access controls
- Use the Service to build a competing product, or to reverse-engineer it beyond what applicable law allows
- Interfere with the Service’s normal operation, including automated abuse of signup or login
- Use the Service for anything illegal
We can suspend or terminate a workspace that violates these terms, with notice where practical.
Your data
You own the data you connect to Meshie and the metadata we retrieve on your behalf. We don’t sell it, and we don’t use it to train models beyond what’s needed to answer your own questions within your own workspace. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail on what we collect and how it’s handled.
Deleting your workspace permanently deletes the data associated with it, as described on the Security page. There is no recovery period once that action is confirmed.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Meshie is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the dependency map it produces is complete: it reflects what our adapters can observe, which has real, documented coverage gaps (also described on the Security page).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages from deleting a field or automation based on information Meshie provided. You’re responsible for verifying evidence before acting on it, exactly as the product itself recommends.
Termination
You can stop using Meshie and delete your workspace at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms, non-payment on a paid plan, or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where practical.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. We’ll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
